As it is located in a quiet residential area, it is not a party house - please. The home is well styled and equipped, and is a short walk to either Kendalls Beach or Easts Beach. You will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including books, games, fire pit and dart board. Spindrift is also pet friendly. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Spindrift is ideally located between two fantastic beaches - family friendly Kendalls Beach and Easts Beach. There is a local tapas bar and cafe just a short walk from the house. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Kiama where you will find many cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearby towns of Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry are all a short drive away. Why choose Spindrift? This wonderful home is perfect for a family getaway. You will have everything you need for your stay, including books, board games and a table tennis table to keep everyone entertained. There are plenty of great outdoor options - a covered dining area, firepit, a deck that catches the afternoon sun and a basketball hoop and dart board. All of this just a stones throw from the beach!

Neighbourhood information

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
