Studio 66 is newly renovated, spacious, 2 bedroom lower floor apartment of a house located centrally on Adelaide Street. The studio is the downstairs area of 2 story property, with separate and private access and no shared spaces. Studio 66 is perfect for a couples getaway or 2 friends, or small family with undercover parking at the front door. . Studio 66 is located 450m from the Busselton Jetty Precinct, 500m from the city centre, 200m from the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay beach, directly across from Churchill park and The Busselton Jetty Tourist Park - This is the perfect location for your holiday in Busselton and the south-west. The unit is 2 bedrooms with 1 a large bathroom/laundry room. There is a queen bed in each bedroom with plenty of storage space. The lounge area has a large comfortable lounge to relax on, books to read, smart TV with WiFi included. There is a small paved courtyard area to sit outside as well as a patio area with seating at the front of the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, full sized fridge/freezer making the property full self-contained. There is full sized washing machine and reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.
