This large Studio apartment with sea views is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, cafe’s and restaurants. 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and one with double, pool room/lounge, kitchenette, sauna (min stay required) flat screen tv and entertainment centre.
Professional working from home, (the studio is completely seperate from the home). Boating and sports cars.
A quite coastal neighbourhood within walking distance to Batemans bay, 3 kms to Hanging rock boat ramp and the option of two fantastic swimming beaches. Batehaven offers a choice of cafe’s, restaurants, along with supermarket shopping, bike and JetSki hire.
