A truly unique beach house experience awaits! With five bedrooms and up to nine beds available, this is the perfect place for larger families and mid-sized group. Wake up to direct sea views from any of the beds on the mezzanine floor. Share stunning memories on the sea view patio. Take a 2-minute walk to enjoy the most incredible sunset w/ your complementary wine. The Space: You will enjoy a master bedroom with direct views of the ocean on the mezzanine floor. This master contains a brand-new, hotel-grade electric fireplace. Next to the master, there is a large mezzanine living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a vintage foosball table and games area with giant jenga. The mezzanine floor also has a master bathroom with a jet spa-bath and stunning views. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. One room has a queen bed, the second has two king-single beds, and the contains three single beds. There is also another bathroom with separate toilet downstairs. The open plan kitchen and lounge room is designed to maximise ocean views from any almost vantage point. The kitchen is fully equipped, the WIFI is fast, and the television is loaded with 'pay-TV' international television and streaming services. The fireplace is available for colder nights, but you will more often find yourself enjoying a meal on the sea-facing external patio. The patio is equipped with a BBQ, separate BBQ smoker / fire pit, 7-piece outdoor dining table and additional outdoor furniture. Need More Space? Please note that the listed price is for the five-bedroom Beach House (which sleeps up to 13). The Beach House adjoins another 2-bedroom property called "Town House" (which sleeps up to six). Peppermint Grove Beach (Peppy Beach) is a tranquil seaside area surrounded by the ocean and the bush. It is is midway between Bunbury and Busselton. You will find yourself amongst wineries in the Geographe and Margaret River regions. A bus service is available to Capel. There is no public transport to Peppermint Grove Beach, so a private car is necessary. Rentals are available from Perth Airport, Perth City, Bunbury and Busselton. Please be careful driving at night due to the local wildlife, including Kangaroos.
