The building is currently in the process of removing cladding. Please anticipate some noise during this period until further notice. -- Decorated in a simple colour scheme of subtle greys and whites, this minimalist space is clean and ultra-stylish. The lounge is your point of call for relaxation and comfort and features a plush sofa with pillows, soft ottomans, a rug and a wide-screen TV; while floor-to-ceiling windows frame the space and welcome the outside in. Step outside onto your own private balcony furnished with chairs and a table that is ideal for late-night wines or a morning coffee. The kitchen has all you’ll ever need for an easy stay if you’d like to cook at home. Make use of the gas stovetop, oven and refrigerator, along with other bonuses like a coffee machine and a toaster. Plus, with Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre right across the road, there are plenty of groceries available at ease. Then grab a seat at the sleek island bench with high stools and savour your meal. A bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with a plush headboard and pillows to match for unrivalled comfort, as well as a built-in mirrored wardrobe; while the ultra-modern bathroom has a spacious shower, contemporary vanity and toilet. Additional amenities include underground parking for one, a split system air conditioning and heating unit in the living room, a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated work desk. But the real luxury lies in the building’s amenities. Make your way down to the gym, swim laps in the indoor pool or sweat it out in the sauna—the choice is yours. If you intend to use the pool you will need to provide your own pool towel. We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover.

Neighbourhood information

Your prime location has you staying across the road from Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and around the corner from an array of craft beer breweries, humming cafes and amazing restaurants. Head to Mountain Goat Beer where you can enjoy a seemingly-endless array of brews and a game of pool with the locals. Then pop into the Royston Hotel on a Wednesday for one of Melbourne’s best steak nights. Trust us, you’ll want to get there early. On that same street you’ll find the popular cafe, Maker Coffee, where you can start your mornings with arguably the best cup in the neighbourhood. Well serviced by public transport, you’ll be only a minutes’ walk from the #12 and the #109 tram stops which travel directly into the city in 20 minutes. Plus, North Richmond Station is only 1.5km away.
