Enjoy the outdoor spaces with two balconies, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor - ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning Sunshine Coast. As you enter this charming townhouse, you'll be welcomed by a cozy open-plan living area featuring a round dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV, all leading out to the balcony with a high-top table. On this lower level you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking away from home, as well as a laundry area with a front-loading washing machine and a separate toilet.
