The timber kitchen has gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and bench seating. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate a family of 8. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with BIRs, and a family bathroom with a separate toilet, and a sofa bed located in the living room. The master bedroom is on the top level and includes a parent’s retreat, WIR & ensuite. The beach at Coronet Bay is a flat 1km walk, while a drive to Phillip Island will take about 30 minutes. There is sufficient room in the driveway for 4 cars, or 2 & boat. Please note that the driveway is slightly elevated. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit.
