Stunning living presentation, tranquil poolside alfresco dining, 2 well equipped kitchens, and hotel quality bedrooms, combine to create the ultimate family reunion. Located just metres to the stunning coastline, and only a short stroll to the cosmopolitan Main Street, local beaches, and the foreshore walking track. The central kitchen on the middle level features gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, a coffee pod machine, microwave, and an 8-seat dining table. Views across the pool and access to the outdoor living. Quality lounges, split system AC, large TV, and sunset views. The ground level is fully self-contained. Master bedroom on the top level with a king size bed, bay views, plus ensuite and WIR. The middle level offers a family bathroom, a queen size bedroom with BIR, plus a kid’s room with bunks and a trundle. The ground level is self-contained with a king size bedroom, ensuite &WIR. The second bedroom has a queen bed & BIR. Driveway parking for 3 cars. Please note: the pool is not heated.
