This superb Family Beach House is a fully renovated 4-bedroom holiday home, ideal for family vacations located in the private and serene seaside town of Pearl Beach. This beautifully appointed property features open plan kitchen, living and dining, a fully equipped kitchen with butler's pantry, separate lounge with open fire, high-speed Wifi, polished floorboards, ducted air-conditioning, a large entertaining deck and outdoor firepit, all overlooking lush and lawned gardens (fully fenced). This property offers ample privacy and beautiful bushland surrounds, and is a 400m level walk to the beach. The kids' playground, tennis courts and revamped rockpool are also within a short level walking distance. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite with shower and toilet and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunk beds and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with drawers and hanging rail. * Living space features flat-screen TV, DVD, Bose iphone speaker, combustion fireplace. (small amount of firewood supplied.) * Spacious kitchen with butler's pantry, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Coffee machine (pods not supplied) * Large rear, entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor fire pit, outdoor lounge, separate covered outdoor dining area, fully fenced backyard and outdoor shower * High-speed WIFI, ducted air-con, table tennis, dining seats 10, off-street parking for 2 cars * Main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Full internal laundry Linen is supplied and included in the overall total booking. However, please bring your own beach/pool towels if needed. NOTE: STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Bookings for up to 7 adults maximum, sleeping up to 10 including children in total.
