I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

Property information

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a "55 smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has no access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage provides parking space for one car. There are also options for 1H and 2H free parking available along the Trevillian Quay. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the lake access, and common garden or rooftop throughout your stay. NOTE: The pool is temporarily closed as it is under repair. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

Located in the Pier development on Kingston Island, this is a superb mixed-use building on the waterfront and has become one of Canberra's most coveted locations. The Kingston Foreshore features waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a mix of art and cultural activities.
