Situated on the Esplanade with amazing beach front views of the famous Surfers Paradise! 5 minute walk to cavil ave and where all the action lies! - Brand new fully equipped kitchen - Complex pool and BBQ areas for use - Private free parking onsite (one car only) - Free wifi - Renovated bathroom - 8th level of the complex- there is only 9 in total - Lockbox check in (self check in) - so can be anytime that conveniences you
My husband and I bought this place almost two years ago and enjoyed living in this fantastic location! We have left to do a one year trip around Australia and want to give other people the opportunity to enjoy our space and views! The apartment is old and in an old complex, we have done quite a bit of renovations to it and we are still working on a few things. We are open to feedback and would love for you to give us recommendations on our place 😊
