Hi, I'm he Owner/Manager of Freycinet Rentals am=nd we manage about 20 holiday houses in the Coles Bay - Swanwick area. This may sound a lot but in reality we are very small to other businesses in the area. I believe that we provide a very hands on service to assist guests when they come to stay. We really aim for minimum interaction so we attempt to do everything we can so that you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Property information

Swan Cove is a 2 story house located right on the waterfront, looking out onto the river mouth and Moulting Lagoon. You can enjoy the view from the lounge, dining and kitchen area. A sundeck expands the length of the house, with plenty of space to enjoy lunch with view. The sunsets are truly magnificent from this vantage point. Swan Cove is a much loved family shack, which has lots of character and is fully self-contained. The main living area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom is upstairs and has a separate toilet & basin attached. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, where there is also a bathroom and 2nd toilet. There is a surrounding garden and gate that takes you directly through the dunes to the water. Extra guests can be accommodated by prior arrangement and a cot and high chair can also be supplied. This is a great house for families, couples & friends. There are great fishing spots along the waterline where you can fish for flathead, salmon and only occasionally seaweed.

The Freycinet National Park and the surrounding area offers so much to guests visiting the area. The Freycinet National Park attracts more visitors than any other national park in Tasmania.
