The Guesthouse which has been freshly renovated offers a very cute little escape for couples. The Guesthouse is the perfect chilled getaway for couples, 28kms south of Newcastle in Swansea. 100m walk from Black Neds Bay and 1.5kms to the local shops at Swansea. The guesthouse is equipped with a comfortable queen bed, new kitchenette if you feel like cooking your own meals, dining table, sofa and bathroom. There is a private courtyard that has its own firepit area and outdoor dining space for you to relax in. All linen is supplied except beach towels. The location offers access to a range of activities including swimming, surfing, diving, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing.
The home is located 28kms South of the Newcastle CBD and is only 1 kms to Swansea and 150m from the water at Black Neds Bay and 3kms from Caves Beach, and the patrolled beach. Stroll to Hams Beach, The Caves, Spoon Rocks Beach and Pinny Beach, and if you are adventurous, you can take a walk to Catherine Hills Bay along some of Australia's best coastline with the most beautiful rock pools. Local Facilities and activities include: Kayak tours and rental shop only 1.5kms away - Lake Macquarie Kayak Adventures Caves Beach Resort Hotel - Great dining & entertainment, recently renovated with a modern décor. Caves beach General store, café, chemist, hairdresser, and gift shops. Bush Walking Wallarah National Park. Bush Walking from Caves Beach to Catherine Hill. Spoons rocks beach - Private, quiet, beautiful white sands, undulating waves. With a small Shell Beach adjacent, the entire beach is made up of tiny shells literally millions of shells. Swansea - Boutique shops, major supermarkets Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, a Skate Park, and a dive shop. Belmont - Local 18 hole golf course only 6kms away.
