Studio with built in wardrobes and plenty of natural light. There is a lounge area with a TV and split aircondition. The bathroom with shower screen and own private front yard. There is mini kitchen with Bar fridge and washing machine, microwave/oven, tea/coffee facilities, and toaster. Off Street Parking Available NO parking on driveway. We can accommodate up to four guests extra charges apply after one guest. Strictly no party, we have very quite neighbours we need to respect them. No noise after 9pm. Visitors are permitted but not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Extra guest staying overnight at the property host must be informed for safety reason and need to pay extra for their stay.
It is close to Marsden park Business Park and hospitals, Walking distance to Plumpton Marketplace Nearby Woolworths and Costco. Close and easy drive to Sydney “Wet and Wild” water park. It's only a 45 minute train trip to the city and well connected to motorways, Rooty Hill and Mount Druitt train station; it’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
