LARGE LIGHT FILLED 2 STOREY VICTORIAN TERRACE . Beautiful light filled 2ND STOREY garden view room , overlooking a lush verdant terrace garden of white bougainvillea , frangipani ,white brugmansia , and bromeliads . All LUXURIOUS 1200 thread cotton bedlinen , 100 % pure merino wool blankets , thick Egyptian bath sheets & face washers ( replaced daily if required ). Electric blanket . Ceiling fan. Heater/fan if required . Large private guest bathroom. Toiletries available. Opposite parks and close to harbour foreshore . Designer guest bedroom on upper level , large spacious PRIVATE bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Access to kitchen with chef quality appliances and gadgets . Beautiful lush gardens for morning coffee or relaxing sunset drink . Kitchen and back terrace . Separate Dining /library / workspace with huge collection of art , architecture & design books & magazines for exclusive use by guests as I do not want you to feel as if you have to stay in your bedroom to work ( unless you want to ). Free fast wi-fi /NBN. Smart T.V. in bedroom.
t will be my pleasure to help guests with all aspects of their trip to the best of my ability . If they have any special requests , I can investigate for them in advance . Am involved in the creative arts so am aware of current exhibitions and shows, and am well acquainted with the yoga studios and workshops in the area. I love the outdoors , so can help guests rent bikes &/or kayaks etc to cycle or paddle around inner Sydney harbour . I can advice on which gyms , pilates & yoga studios to visit nearby and harbour & fresh water swimming pools . Otherwise I'm more than happy for mutual privacy .
One of Sydney's oldest ,upmarket & artistic inner city harbour peninsula suburbs . CLOSE TO VIVID & BIENNALE OF SYDNEY, White Bay Powerstation & Ocean Terminal , Balmain Town Hall, Cockatoo Island & Birkenhead Point. Near parks, ,Callan Park , famous Bay Run ( 7km round inner harbour trip via Iron Cove Bridge ) & Dawn Frazer harbour pool . Parallel to cafe /retail strip of Darling Street & Rozelle Markets . Close to CBD with easy access via bus,ferry , bike or foot over Anzac Bridge.
