The Tamar River Apartments are on a renowned wine route, enjoying spectacular views of the Tamar Valley and River. Located high above the valley in the Brown Brother's Tamar Ridge Winery, it is a food and wine lover's haven. The apartments are nestled among vaulting Tasmania gums, looking down upon the ever changing Tamar River and vineyards. The 2 Bed apartments are modern, light, private and comfortable. Free unlimited WIFI provides guests with entertainment of their choice. A new SMART TV with Netflix, and a new sound system with Bluetooth connectivity allows guests to stream and enjoy their favourite viewing and music. Even a high speed charger has been provided for your mobile devices. The 2 bedroom apartment gives flexible accommodation suitable for singles, couples and families. A 1 Bedroom apartment can be booked by contacting the owners.

Tamar River Apartments make an ideal touring base to explore the north of Tasmania throughout the year. The apartments are only meters from the Tamar Ridge Cellar Door owned by the renowned award winning Brown Brothers. Wines, gourmet platters and coffee are served daily between 10am and 5pm.​ Tamar River Apartments is located along one of the most famous wine trails in the world with many fine wineries clustered along the route. ​ The historic Rosevears Waterfront Tavern is only 10 minutes away by car and serves wonderful meals all day in an elegant new restaurant right on the waters edge. ​Local bakeries provide all sorts of other goodies and a large modern supermarket is only minutes away in Legana. ​Tamar River Apartments enjoy natural bush surroundings and overlook the Tamar River Conservation Area with its prolific wildlife. Enjoy the rich diversity of the river including black swans, pelicans and magnificent white bellied sea eagles. Should you want a truly unique experience, visit Platypus House at Beauty Point only 15 minutes away by car where you can take a guided tour with echidnas and platypus (Monotreme Magic) as well as the seahorse displays next door.
