Step inside this hidden gem! Privacy plus, theres no other place like it in town. Architecturally designed with large open living areas and abundant natural light. It has a private & peaceful covered BBQ area to relax. Large bathroom & kitchen area. Five minutes to the centre of Tamworth, AELEC & TREC facilities. There is a bus service that runs numerous times a day & an IGA, pub, pizza, butcher, pharmacy & corner store in walking distance. Floor mattress available for extra guests. Book ahead!

Safe neighbourhood, walking distance or very short drive to the IGA, pub, pharmacy, butcher, bottle shop, dominos and corner stores. Calala has that In town, out of town feel but is only a short 5 minute drive to the centre of Tamworth. Safe family neighbourhood for a morning or afternoon walk. Calala does offer buses to town. There is a bus route that goes straight down our street. Only a short 5 minute drive to town.
