This luxury house was built in 2022 with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, private backyard and double garage. All appliances are brand new. It contains central air-condition heating & cooling. Baby friendly with chair, cot and change table. Enjoy your second home away from home. 1 minute walk to Thrift Park Shopping Centre (Woolworths, Pharmacy, Cafe, Restaurants, etc) 2 minutes drive to train station 3 minutes to beach NO PETS ALLOWED NO HOUSE PARTIES NO Smoking Indoor
