Measuring an impressive 8m x 4m and 1.7m deep, this aquatic oasis beckons you to unwind and soak up the sunshine. Step out onto the expansive entertaining deck with a TV, where you can bask in the serene surroundings while watching the little ones splashing in the pool. This lovely home offers the following: Four bedrooms Double story An amazing pool Washing machine and dryer Two smart TVs Travel cot and highchair Board games Great heating and cooling Indoor fireplace Unlimited Wi-Fi Microwave and dishwasher Coffee maker The backyard and ample open space BBQ grill HEATING/COOLING There is one reverse cycle split system in the main living area, three wall-mounted electric heaters in bedrooms 1,2 and 4, plus a mobile heater in the downstairs living area. There is also a wood heater in the upstairs living room and three ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 3 the upstairs living room. This home sleeps nine guests across six bedrooms. Bedroom 1: One King bed Bedroom 2: One Tri-bunk bed Bedroom 3: Two Single beds Bedroom 4: One Queen bed What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Contact us to discuss pricing for hired linen and towels. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged.
