How is the property laid out? The Condo's open-plan interiors are light-filled and relaxing. On the ground floor, two guest bedrooms share the main bathroom, and the living area opens onto the backyard, which has an outdoor shower and sun lounger. There is also a fully equipped laundry for longer stays. Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area have been thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. From the linen couch and fireplace to the fully equipped designer kitchen and large timber dining table, all of which flows onto a shaded deck with uninterrupted ocean views. The master queen bedroom with ensuite is located on this level. Please note - Bedroom 3 can be made up as a king bed if required. The default configuration is two single beds. The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
