**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

The Glass House is a holiday home close to South Lakes Golf Club at Goolwa.
When you enter through the front door you will instantly feel that this home is one of a kind.
Downstairs:
Bright lounge room with full length glass front windows. Sit by the wood combustion fire on the comfortable lounges and watch the large TV or open the glass doors out on to the timber deck. If you enjoy a quiet read, there is a cosy corner for you to chill out.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, coffee machine and bar stools at the bench.
The laundry off the kitchen has the fridge, washing machine and cupboards.
An atrium style dining room with seating for eight people is very inviting and includes access to the rear yard which is fenced.
Split system air-conditioning.
Bedroom one is at the front of the home with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a toilet, vanity and shower over bath. There is also a walk-in robe with plenty of hanging space.
Bedroom two includes a queen bed and ensuite with toilet, shower and basin.
Upstairs:
You will find a family room with TV and lounge and extensive glass windows. Adjoining this room is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom three includes a queen bed and a single bed.
Bedroom four has a queen bed and robe.
Firewood - supply your own or buy kindling and bag of wood from the local service station down the road.
Garage and Studio not included for guest use.
The driveway will accommodate two vehicles.
