Beachfront reserve a stone's throw from great surf breaks and fishing spots walk to Seven Mile Beach a large deck for balmy breakfasts and spectacular sunsets newly renovated throughout with a new kitchen a view from every room. situated on the second last block at the end of Gerroa headland you can't get much closer to the ocean rock off when the bombie is breaking or head down to the huge rock platform for a plethora of fish watch the whales and dolphin from the house the backyard is the well maintained Blackhead reserve which leads down to the ocean and more surf breaks upstairs offers 3 bedrooms sunroom and kitchen downstairs is a single garage and space for surf boards and canoes *COVID-19*Please note the property will be professionally cleaned, and our cleaners are paying particular attention to sanitizing surfaces, especially light switches, door knobs and so on. The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered.
I love the beach, surfing, paddle boarding and watching the sunsets and sunrise from this unique property which has panoramic views of the ocean.
Seven Mile Beach is a magical unspoilt beach inland there is a lake for canoes and paddle boards. There is a golf course a few minutes drive away a Gerringong, great shopping at Berry 13 km inland or cafes in Gerringong, and the blowhole at Kiama.
