Across The Road From Blue Pool & Beares Beach Situated at the top of Bermagui with amazing views over the Pacific Ocean. Walk across the road for a relaxing swim at the Blue Pool or an early morning surf at Beares Beach. Watch the whales from the verandah or just sit back and take in the view. A close walk to shops and most of what Bermagui has to offer, this property is a large 3 bedroom house with great facilities to bring a large group or all the family. House Layout: Sleeps 10 Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1x Queen size bed, 1 x Cot 2x bedside tables with lamps, direct access to bathroom. Bedroom 3: 1x Queen size bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps, 1 x set of single bunks. Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: The property features a downstairs living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, flat screen television and plenty of lounge space. Downstairs also has a bathroom and laundry. The upstairs living area is all open with a flat screen television, lounge chairs, a large 10 x seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs also has a spare toilet. Rumpus/Games Room: The property has a games room equipped with table tennis table, spare fridge/freezer and 1 x Set Bunks Outdoor entertaining: the outdoor entertaining area is complete with a large outdoor table and chairs and a Bbq to cook up your catch of the day! Linen - Guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement. No smoking or pets permitted. Plenty of off-street boat parking. Security Bond Applies - Guest Registration form to be completed and returned prior to arrival.
