The Ivory 20 is a modern and tasteful 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Tweed Heads, only a few hundred metres from Coolangatta’s worldclass beaches. The stylish apartment is located on the fifth floor and features views of the Tweed river and Mount Warning in the distance. Accommodating up to 6 guests, The Ivory 20 is also pet friendly, so even your dog can join you while you relax! The Ivory 20 features 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms come with ceiling fans and there is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning to the living room, main bedroom and second bedroom. The loungeroom is light and airy and equipped with comfortable, stylish furnishings and flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. It leads though to your own private balcony equipped with lounge setting and featuring views of the Tweed river and surrounding hinterland. Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms - master with ensuite and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The Ivory also features a communal rooftop terrace balcony with barbeque and is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views over the ocean and river. There is secure parking for one car and lift access to the apartment. Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring / hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. Please note there is construction commencing next door which may result in noise, dust and other disruption at times.

Whether you’re looking for action and adventure or a peaceful place to unwind, the southern Gold Coast will not disappoint! It truly is a beautiful part of the world. Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches or Mt Warning – great for day tripping!
