This double-story abode features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the bottom floor with an open kitchen, family, and dining area up top, connected by a distinctive hardwood spiral staircase. Enjoy views over the treetops of downtown Paynesville as you relax on the couch, or out on the deck where you might be paid a visit by local rosellas and rainbow lorikeets.
