This property is a hidden gem, located in a quiet street In Mount Martha - it is a spacious family residence with solar heated swimming pool, all the comforts of home and more. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 1 with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds, a porta cot is also available. The property is located approximately 2.5 kms from the beach, walking distance to the Briars, close to wineries, short drive to Red Hill and Mount Martha Village, walking distance to Benton Square. You will certainly fall in love with this home!
Welcome to my home this home is my pride and joy and love spending time there. It is the place you come to where you can relax. I enjoy walking to the beach, visiting wineries, walking through the Briars and all that the area has to offer.
Quite neighbourhood, yet close to everything. There is a wide selection of eateries as you are surrounded by Mornington, Wineries, Mount Martha Village and more!
