On the doorstep of the Bay of Fires, St Helens MTB Trails and the Pyengana Valley, the Old Headmasters House is perfect for your next getaway. Over 100 years old, our beautifully restored homestead was originally the Headmasters House for St Helens District School. Now a glorious guest house, we invite you to come and unwind amongst our curated collection of antiques, curios and artworks. With four bedrooms - three with private ensuite bathrooms, and one utilising the fourth bathroom down the hallway - our home is well suited to large groups wishing to reconnect and make lifelong memories. Imagine spending your days around the pool and your evenings by the toasty wood heater. Pick yourself up a Tasmanian pinot & cheese board from one of the local providores and enjoy sharing fabulous food andconversationbinto the wee hours. Our home has everything you need for a memorable stay including all linen, an initial supply of soaps and coffee etc as well as a well equipped kitchen if you choose to stay in for the evening. With a claw foot bath to complete the luxury of our home, we look forward to you staying with us soon at The Old Headmasters House in St Helens. Please note that the pool is not heated so please be mindful of this when booking as it can be chilly if the weather is not warm. Also - the bedrooms will be unlocked according to the number of guests who have booked. So please ensure the correct number of guests are advised at the time of booking to avoid disappointment when you arrive. A wonderful neighbourhood of established homes with integral character. Only a few hundred meters from the heart of St Helens, the position couldn't be better to walk and enjoy everything the cafe and retail area offer. Walking distance to Georges Bay. Walk to everything in town! Or drive to Binalong Bay, St Helens Mountain Bike Trails or beyond
