Linen is supplied at this property. A fully self-contained studio located at the rear of a private residence - you'll enjoy the serenity afforded at this quiet locale. Enjoy a Bbq while relaxing on the deck within garden surrounds or take a stroll to the surf beach on the ocean side of the Peninsula. Ideally located near the ocean beach at Rye with coastal trails for serene walks and so close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including spectacular golf courses, award-winning restaurants and wineries, divine fresh produce, and of course the Peninsula Hot Springs. Extra bedding is provided by way of a double sofa bed and a single foldaway bed. This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in. 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. No smoking and no pets
