This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom holiday house is the ideal escape for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable holiday within easy walking distance to beaches, cafes and the CBD. The house features a spacious and modern interior with a coastal theme, complete with fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and three comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds that can accommodate up to six guests. The sofa bed located in the living room does allow for another guest if your group has more than six. Two bathrooms and an inviting front verandah to read, relax and breathe in the fresh ocean air awaits you. Outside is a lovely outdoor deck area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening drink or BBQ. Located between two of Ports most famous beaches you will be a 10-minute walk to Town Beach and Salty Crew café or equally close to Flynn's Beach which offers surf lessons and a coastal café overlooking the water. Both beaches are patrolled all year by Australian Lifeguard Service and are excellent swimming options. At the end of the street is easy access to the coastal walk. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the sand or exploring the nearby shops, cafes, monthly markets, restaurants or enjoy a wine in one of Ports wine bars, the choice is yours. Add fishing, a picnic in the park opposite the beach or 4wd along the white sands of nearby Lighthouse Beach there is so much to choose from (note: a NSW National Parks Permit is required to drive on the beach). The Glasshouse Theatre hosts many events which are booked via the box office. Bedding configuration: Double beds to all 3 bedrooms, Sofa bed in living room. ALL LINEN INCLUDED. Please inform Lifestyle. at the time of booking, if the sofa bed is required so we can ensure the linen for this is provided. Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond for this property and all card payments will incur an additional 2% surcharge.
