There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. THE SHACK AT STANSBURY is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests with only a short walk to the beach. Open plan kitchen with large side by side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and stove top, island sink, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker. Living area with dining table, 2 lounges, TV, DVD, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. 3 bedrooms - main with TV - HDMI/USB, 2nd bedroom with TV, DVD, HDMI/USB, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Bathroom with vanity, full size bath, walk-in shower, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine. Porta cot Highchair Rear yard with undercover paved area with outdoor setting, fridge, bbq, firepit - for use in winter only - BYO wood, plumbed fish cleaning facility, hose for washing boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x bunks, bed 3 - double plus bunk Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside Shed not for guests use.
