Designed as an all-seasons retreat, this contemporary residence combines spacious interiors with gorgeous alfresco areas for guests to breathe in the fresh country air. Whip up a BBQ and dine on the patio, while kids will love the picnic table beside the grassy lawn. A seamless transition between indoors and out bathes the home in beautiful natural light and crisp breezes. The living and dining area is open plan with plenty of space for groups to spread out. A gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering with high-end appliances and a butlers’ pantry. Come together around the dining table or spread out on the sofas. A second living or media room creates separate zones for parents and kids, with dual TVs for your evening entertainment. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully presented and comes with air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The sumptuous master suite highlights a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and luxurious ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity. Each of the three remaining bedrooms offers queen-sized beds, with drawers or wardrobes for your belongings. Guests will feel instantly refreshed within the main bathroom – choosing from a bathtub or generously sized shower – while an internal laundry room adds to your everyday convenience. Garage and driveway parking is provided. You'll find a high chair for your convenience. Feel free to request additional amenities for an additional charge, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child.

Nestled just under four hours’ drive west of Sydney, the town of Mudgee is renowned for its wineries and flourishing food scene. Its winemaking dates to the 19th century, with notable cellar doors including Lowe Wines, Robert Stein Vineyard and Logan Wines. Meander the colonial streetscapes filled with produce stores, cafes and boutiques, and shop for local produce at the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmers’ Markets, held in the picturesque grounds of Robertson Park.
