‘The View Marysville’ is nestled neatly on the high side of Sedgwick Street overlooking Marysville, perfectly positioned to take advantage of the stunning views towards the mountains and beyond. Home comprises four spacious bedrooms, King bedroom with ensuite, two Queen bedrooms with BIR & lastly Tri bunk bedroom with double bed on the bottom and single on top, family bathroom with separate toilet. Ample sized lounge and adjacent dining area, added to the view is a small club seating area to enjoy with a cup of coffee. Coonara woodfire and Split Systems are at your fingertips when those cold nights descend. This north facing home takes in the winter sun and shade in summer with floor to ceiling doors maximizing airflow plus ample space for Alfresco dining on the generously sized wrap-around deck.
