The Warehouse Apartments are a part of a brand new refurbishment of The Warehouse Geelong, originally built in 1927 as Hearnes Cough Medicine Factory. It has been architecturally designed and purpose built for short/long term luxury boutique accomodation. Geelong meets New York style, one of a kind and bespoke. The apartments are 7 star energy rated, so fully insulated for noise and temperature. Each bedroom and living space has a split heating and cooling system.
Darren and Yolanda together with their two sons project managed and built these luxury apartments over the last 18 months. No stranger to hosting guests, Yolanda and Darren having been in the accommodation business for some time. They welcome you to experience their unique property as a traveller or for business.
The Warehouse Apartments are situated in the Western Wedge Art Precinct, on the edge of the CBD. Close enough to walk everywhere in the city, but quiet enough at night to get a good night's sleep. Once you park your car, you are walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the Waterfront, the Geelong Performing Arts Centre, the new Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, Costa Hall, St John of God Hospital, Simmonds Stadium, Geelong train station and bus depot. PLEASE NOTE- We do not accept booking fron residents living in the Greater City of Geelong
