Set on a sheep and alpaca farm and moments from the iconic Frog Rock, you’ll have plenty of space to roam. Compact but well-stocked, inside you’ll find a comfy queen bed situated under exposed rafter beams and skylights with blackout blinds. An analogue TV caters to your entertainment needs, while a Dyson fan, portable AC unit and electric heater keep you comfortable year-round. The bathroom features a shower with an instantaneous gas hot water system, timber vanity, and a composting toilet. A kitchenette allows you to prep and cook simple meals at home with a Nespresso coffee maker, portable hot plate induction stove, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. An undercover outdoor area features a table setting, fire pit and BBQ for alfresco dining under the stars. Watch beautiful sunsets over the hills whilst sipping away at a Mudgee wine. Parking is right at the front gate with easy access for all vehicles. Please note that the TV is analogue and comes with a DVD player. There is no Wi-Fi available. Telstra and Optus phones have service, but Vodafone and other carriers may experience limited coverage.
