A private oasis located a 7-10min drive from the Darwin CBD and a few minutes walk to the beach. The villa is located at the rear of our property, but not attached to the main house. The property is very secure. Access is via a shared solar powered Sliding Gate at the front of the property, then a small walk down the side of the house to access your villa which has its own wooden Gate then another lockable Glass door to enter your villa. Huge WIR is also included. The lavish villa has Expansive glass bi-fold doors overlooking manicured gardens & a private plunge pool & bbq area. The plunge pool is only a metre from the villa. It is lovely to open the glass bi fold doors and the plunge pool is right at your doorstep. There is a large umbrella that can be opened or closed above the plunge pool and a small table & chairs situated in the plunge pool area for your convenience. The BBQ is located by the plunge pool. You will have sole use of the plunge pool and BBQ area during your stay. Glass louvres throughout the villa allow you to catch the sea breeze. A/C & ceiling fans add an extra burst of cold air if you need to cool down quickly. Free parking on the street is also available.
We are a married couple named Sally & Sam with a gorgeous bubba. We are originally from Victoria but have been living in Darwin for 5 1/2 years. We loved the relaxed vibe of Darwin and the tropical days and balmy nights.
We are both very active and love keeping fit and playing sports. We are a friendly and easy going couple and look forward to meeting new people that are holidaying in our tropical villa.
