Truffle Lodge offers a unique rural Tasmanian experience - the quiet peace of the rural countryside, magnificent river gums, the soothing murmur of the flowing river, superb luxurious tents on the banks of the pristine Derwent River, with king beds and water-tank bathrooms with wooden baths, resident wildlife -wombats, echidna, platypus, wallabies and possums, wood fires and comfort food, and authentic country hospitality.

Truffle Lodge is set in the heart of the Derwent Valley, close to the local wineries, breweries and distilleries. The nearby orchards provide cherries, apples, stone fruit and berries in season, with many roadside stalls.
