Property information

Ulverstone River Edge Apartments fronts onto the Leven River which is lovely and clean, and safe enough to swim in from the little beach (Eagles Corner) directly in front of the apartments. It is located on one of the many of the walking/cycling tracks that connects all of Ulverstone and our guests can walk right into town in less than 5 minutes. There are at least a dozen highly regarded restaurants and cafes all located within 500m so our guests are spoilt for choice.

Neighbourhood information

We are in a great location, all apartments overlook the beautiful Leven River with a shallow sandy beach immediately out the front. as well as a large adjoining park with a bike/walking track and bird sanctuary. Fantastic sunsets over the spectacular Dial Ranges, can be a real treat at the end of the day, from your sheltered and private apartment balcony. A large variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within easy walking distance. Friday nights there is live music at the wharf, plus Sunday morning there is a small farmers market with eateries at the Warf also, all within an easy 5 to 10-minute walk. Further afield we are central to touring some amazing attractions like the world-famous Cradle Mountain just a 60 minutes drive, or even less to the spectacular Leven Canyon or the beautiful and unique Stanley to the West.
