Presented is a lovely stand alone modern home in a quite neighborhood, 3.5km from the Bunbury CBD and the iconic Dolphin Discovery Centre. This one bedroom home is equipped for wheel chair access with wide door ways and has a bathroom with roll shower access and It has a convenient adjustable hot water control panel and heating light for added comfort. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and a dryer The home is heated and cooled with reverse cycle air-conditioning. It has a well appointed kitchen with a medium sized fridge, gas cooktop, 3-in-1 Convection Oven Microwave, Oven and Air Fry functionality, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. Olive oil, salt and pepper can be found in the pantry cupboard. Tea, coffee and milk is also supplied. The generous wooden dining table seats 6 people. Crockery, cutlery and glassware is all supplied. The lounge area includes a sofa bed with sheets, blankets and pillows supplied. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player. WIFI internet is supplied The bedroom has a queen size bed, side table and chest of drawers. There are also two built in wardrobes. A porta cot can be supplied if needed. With everything at your fingers tips in this house and a beautiful city to explore you will be assured of a wonderful stay.
