The Shellharbour and Illawarra region is seen as a premium NSW holiday destination and offers an amazing mix of coastal and natural bush locations for visitors to enjoy, not to mention the new World Class Shellharbour Waterfront Marina located in Shell Cove. We manage a number of Holiday Accommodation properties in the local region as well as other businesses in the real estate property field. We have locally based staff (Administration and Property Maintenance) that are able to assist our visiting clients while staying at one of our holiday properties after hours or in an emergency situation.

This stunning property is all about indoor/outdoor entertainment set in a prime location, a mere 3 minutes walk from the breath-taking Waterfront Marina with a beautiful boardwalk, shops, cafes and restaurants. With spacious and bright interiors this property is a great way to enjoy your holiday away in luxury. The property accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 living spaces and an undercover entertaining area with built-in kitchenette with a stove, mini fridge and sink, as well as an outdoor chargrill BBQ. There are many spaces to enjoy! The front of the house has a rumpus room and a full bathroom for easy access downstairs. The back of the house has the main open plan kitchen, living and dining space that connects to a completely enclosed entertaining space with built-in kitchenette, additional dining area with a table, and a living/sitting area. This area leads out to a small side area with grass and another small back area which includes a clothesline. The kitchen includes all modern appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, basic pantry items, cutlery and dishes.

Neighbourhood information

The Waterfront Marina precinct lifestyle hub is a short stroll away and an ideal spot for brunch or a cocktail and dinner in the evening. A morning stroll around the Marina boardwalk with coffee in hand sets up the day perfectly. This home is luxurious and private yet a moments walk from the pristine waters edge of the Shallows Coastal Reserve, Red Sands Beach and Bass Point Reserve. Even more natural beauty is on your doorstep with Killalea Regional Parklands and The Farm Beach also very close by. Shell Cove is a family friendly suburb within Shellharbour and offers everything within only a short walk or drive. The Links golf course, Shellharbour Village, Stocklands Shopping Centre and Movie Precinct are all nearby. Shellharbour Junction Train Station is just down the road, Wollongong is only 22kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama and 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park. The southern suburbs of Sydney are less than a 1 hour drive away.
