The Villa Cabernet is a privately owned, spacious villa located in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country at the Cypress Lakes Resort, minutes from cellar doors and restaurants of Pokolbin. This fully air conditioned villa will accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 generous bedrooms both with TV's and king size beds (one of which can be split into 2 singles) plus 2 large modern bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. This property comes complete with all of the comforts of home such as; a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge.dining area with gas fire, two balconies, one of which has an outdoor setting. Self contained with fully equipped kitchen including oven, cooktop, microwave, sink, fridge etc.Villa Cabernet is ideal all year round for couples or a small group getaway, offering you the perfect base to discover the Hunter Valley.

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
