LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of making booking There is a Four Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. VISTA MARE is a beautiful modern 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests, esplanade position with panoramic sea views. Free WIFI now available ( weather conditions may impact on signal strength). Upstairs - Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), dining with high chair, lounge with 55" Smart TV, sliding doors that open on to covered decking with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Main bedroom with built in robe and ensuite. Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. Downstairs is another lounge area with 50" Smart TV, 3 bedrooms a second bathroom with vanity, shower, bath and separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine. Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. Fish cleaning facility. Boat washing and motor flushing available. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Pillows and comforter bedspreads are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside DOG FRIENDLY - STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY - YOU WILL NEED TO PHONE OR EMAIL THE OFFICE TO CONFIRM- an extra one hundred refundable pet bond will apply, this is separate from the normal refundable bond,  fully fenced rear yard. A Four Hundred refundable bond will be added to your booking and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems.
