Located in a small complex of villas, Vitamin Sea is a modern villa, offering tasteful decor, natural lighting and plenty of privacy. The modern decor throughout brings the feel of the beach indoors and carries through to the covered entertaining deck and small grassed yard, which is perfect for BBQ's with the family. Vitamin Sea is only metres to Umina's beachfront, kids playground and town centre where you will find boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-ins and en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and built-ins. Bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed, single bed and built-ins. *Open plan living space contains a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock *Timber style kitchen with electric oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher *Dining table seats 6, air-con, WIFI, tiled and carpeted throughout; DLUG *Covered deck with BBQ, small grassed area; seating for 4; outdoor shower *200 metres to beach and town centre; short drive to Ettalong Beach, Woy Woy *Main bathroom has a bath tub, separate shower; laundry with washer (no dryer) All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. You will only need to bring beach towels. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed
