This well appointed and surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom home offers a tranquil retreat just 900 metres from the centre of Nannup. Just two years old, the home features high ceilings and plenty of space for a couple or small family. Set well back from the road and on a large block, it provides a combination of peace and quiet, open space and convenience.
Please contact me by phone in the first instance for enquiries. My father lives close by and can attend the property for anything urgent. His contact details will be on the fridge.
The property is just a 2 minute walk from a playground, bike track, basketball/tennis court, golf course and skate park. It is a short walk to the town centre, where you'll find great cafe's, local retailers, and a new boutique brewery with great food and live music on Sundays. There are lots of walking tracks, and Nannup is very popular with cyclists.
