    absolutely loved the location of this property, was able to Fish &kayak, plenty of room, amazing view. only a quick walk to coles, Dan Murphys and maccas.

The house is the ground floor level. No steps or stairs. Waterviews from the kitchen, dining and family room. Freshly fully renovated. 4 bedrooms. Out the front is access to Swansea’s Main Street with an array of cafes and restaurants. 100m from the supermarket. Out the back is absolute waterfront, feed the fish, ducks and pelicans, go for kayaks or a kayak or bring your boat. The waterfront yard is shared by our family and our friendly dog. There is a separate private courtyard and BBQ area dedicated to the holiday home.
Love traveling and exploring new places just as much as sharing our fabulous location with others. My husband and I live on the upper level of the property and are around most of the time. We are more than happy to make recommendations and suggestions about local activities and venues - sharing 17 years of local knowledge. We are also happy for a seamless private checkin/checkout if you prefer.
Super central location, right in the heart of Swansea. Backyard is a magnificent absolute waterfront with direct access to Swansea Channel and beyond. Located on the bus line to Newcastle and the cycle path is directly out the front. Cafes, restaurants, bakery, chemist, supermarkets, service station, hotel, club, beauticians and many more services within 150m. The bus stop is 10meters, the cycle way 2m from the front gate. All amenities and waterways within 200m. You really don’t need a car, but there is off street parking and other local sites to explore.
