Welcome to "Waterside on Lanyard," a stunning haven where tranquility meets adventure, nestled on the canals at Port Geographe, with direct access to the shimmering waters via your own jetty and boat mooring. Our unique property offers you the unparalleled experience of docking your tender right at the back door, making every journey to and from the azure waters as seamless as possible. "Waterside on Lanyard" boasts a spacious layout with 5 confortably appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper level features 3 queen-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bath. The ground floor has 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms, a bathroom, main living areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The canal-facing Al Fresco area is a frequent spot for dolphin sightings and provides a captivating backdrop for a leisurely breakfast or enchanting twilight dining, complete with a ceiling fan and mains gas BBQ. Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and wood-burning fireplace. Pets are welcome, however, please note the property opens directly onto the water, and there is no fencing between the rear yard and the canal. The front yard, is fully fenced and gated.
