Waterview Retreat is located only few minutes' drive to patrolled beaches and you can also find plenty of activities to do in the neighbouring towns of Ettalong and Woy Woy with weekend markets, boutique shops, cinemas, pelican feeding, fishing hot spots and ferry transport. Master bedroom contains a queen bed. Bedroom 2 contains a tri bunk. *Open plan living space contains flat-screen TV and cosy lounges, WiFi available *Kitchen with electric cooktop, stove, microwave, and coffee machine *Lovely outdoor setting to enjoy the views, gas BBQ, indoor dining for 6 *Ducted aircon throughout, carpeted bedrooms, tiled living areas *Parking for 2 cars on the right of driveway. Full internal laundry *Bathroom contains shower and separate bath *Please note: the property is a part of a larger house blocked off.
