A private room and bathroom in a our house where we live as a married couple. So, the common areas are shared with us. It's ideal for anyone landing in Australia who needs a short stay until they find permanent accommodation. The house is a newly built, stylish townhouse modern townhouse 10 kms from Melbourne's center. The house is light, bright and spacious. The kitchen adjoins a sunny balcony with a BBQ. The guest bedroom includes a private bathroom and a comfortable single bed with another single bed that pulls out for 2 people. The location is great, just 200 meters from Highpoint Shopping Center with bus and tram stops to the train station and only 3 stops to the city of Melbourne.
We are a married couple, I am an Australian male and my wife is a Colombian woman. I work as an IT consultant.
In a quiet suburb of Maidstone and part of new development of modern town houses. It is 10 km west of Melbourne. Highpoint Shopping Center and the Aquatic Center are a 200 meter walk. Melbourne city is very easy to get to with bus and tram stops 100 meters away. The beautiful Maribyrnong River is 3 kms away and the river walk is spectacular. Flemington Racecourse which hosts the Melbourne Cup and exhibitions is 3.2 kms away.
