Hi, I am Jenny! Myself and my young family made the Byron shire our home in January 2020, after emigrating from the UK and we LOVE it. I set up Ocean Vibes Property Management 12 months ago and manage an array of places in the Northern Rivers for my lovely owners. Living locally means I can be a 'hands-on' host if needed and can offer lots of great tips for exploring the local area. We love to travel and love the great outdoors, especially the Ocean. Our love for the sea has taken us all over the world as Scuba diving Instructors and we are so blessed to have had those experiences. I love to go for long runs, do Yoga with my friends and am currently learning to surf along with my 3 children! I have over 5 years of experience in property management and hosting, and just recently set up my own hosting business in the area - Ocean Vibes Property Management. My Partner is the local handyman and plumber and so he is on hand if any issues arise during your stay. We are committed to offering a fabulous stress-free stay to all our guests, allowing you to kick back, relax and enjoy this beautiful part of our amazing planet! 'WHALESONG' - one of 'THE BEST' locations in our area. With uninterrupted views of the ocean, we are literally, 'on' the Idyllic & pristine Beach of New Brighton. Our home has recently been renovated to allow your family and friends to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Stylish throughout, with earthy detailing and Lux furnishings. The open plan living space opens out on to an expansive undercover entertainment deck complete with oceans breezes. Next to River, shop & cafe Our bright and breezy holiday home has a lovely open plan living space with plush new furnishings and enough space and comfort for up top 6 guests. AC wall mounted unit is supplied in the living space, along with a ceiling fan and Ocean breezes! The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for a home away from home! Enjoy your breakfast or evening meal from either the inside dining space or outside Alfresco area. Comfy lux sofas allow you to enjoy Foxtel or other devices. Fast WIFI throughout All our bedrooms are very spacious with comfy mattresses, linens, built in robes and storage, along with cute relaxation nooks. All with Ocean views & ceiling fans. The Master bedroom has access to an ensuite bathroom which also has an adjoining lockable door on to the living space. There is an additional family bathroom complete with spa bath and seperate shower Eco large bottle toiletries are provided to use during your stay. Bath and Beach towels are also provided for your stay. All other beach requirements can be hired from a local company. OUTSIDE SPACE A large decked area looking out on to an expansive garden, with plenty of lounging space. Outdoor dining area and BBQ. Please note that the garden is not fenced and we have no border between ourselves and the neighbours. PARKING We have a long driveway and a car port - ideally suited for 2 cars and can fit an extra on the driveway if required. LOCAL AREA Across the road is the lovely Marshalls creek river where you can picnic,
