LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of making booking There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. WOOL BAY RETREAT is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, open plan dining and living area, reverse cycle air-conditioner, wall mounted TV with USB ports, no dvd. Bathroom with vanity and shower, separate w/c, laundry(adjacent to kitchen) with microwave, dishwasher and front loading washing machine. Gas BBQ, undercover area with outdoor setting, large fully fenced backyard, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Garage is not for use. No smoking inside DOG FRIENDLY - STRICTLY OUTSIDE ONLY A Three Hundred refundable bond will be added to your booking and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems.
