This is a townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is the one you will live in. One of the bathrooms has a separate toilet which will be shared with the rest of the family, while the shower and the washbasin are separate and for your private use. You can our kitchen and dining room along with the utensils and tableware. Your bedroom has a wardrobe, bed, bedside table a desk and a chair.
We are a family of 5 with 3 children among them. We, the parents have day jobs while the children are studying. We also have a lovely small dog.
Templestowe Lower is a suburb in Melbourne located at about 13 Kms from the CBD (City centre), which means that by car you can reach the city in about 25 minutes. We have the shops (supermarkets, fruit shops, cafes, hairdressers, restaurants) at 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk and a forest reserve at 10 minutes walk. The Bus Stop is 10 minutes walk as well and it takes 40 minutes to reach the CBD.
